Clan Wars
What a Clan War is
Section titled “What a Clan War is”A Clan War is a war declared between two clans. While it lasts, members of both clans can attack each other without Ctrl, killing an enemy gives no karma, and every death moves Clan Reputation from one clan to the other.
It is handled from the clan window (Alt+N), with the “Declare War” (declare) and “War Info” (the clan’s war list) buttons. Every war goes through three phases:
pending (declared, waiting for an answer) → mutual (the actual war) → peace (it ended and cannot be declared again for a while).

Requirements to declare
Section titled “Requirements to declare”- Both clans must be level 3 or higher and have at least 1 member. Your own clan meeting it is not enough.
- Whoever declares needs the clan war privilege (the leader grants it from the clan permissions).
- Your clan can have at most 15 wars it declared active at once (pending or mutual). Wars declared on you and wars that already ended don’t take a slot.
- You can’t declare war on a clan in your own alliance.
- If the two clans already had a war and it is in peace, neither can declare again until the peace ends.
Declaring and accepting
Section titled “Declaring and accepting”To declare, open the clan window, press Declare War and type the enemy clan’s name. The attacked clan gets the notice in chat and in the middle of the screen.
Before confirming, the game reminds you how much reputation withdrawing from the war costs.

The war starts pending: it isn’t a real war yet. It becomes mutual in one of two ways:
- The attacked clan accepts it by declaring war back on the clan that declared. Accepting doesn’t take a war slot.
- The attacked clan defends itself: if its members kill members of the declaring clan (who are not PK) 5 times, the war activates on its own. Meanwhile, chat tells them how many kills are left.
The phases of a war
Section titled “The phases of a war”| Phase | How long | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | 7 days | A sword over the names of the declaring clan’s members. The list shows it as Declaration. Normal PvP rules. |
| Mutual | Until one clan ends it | Crossed swords over the name. The list shows it as In War. All war rules apply. |
| Peace | 5 days | Neither clan can declare war on the other again. |

What changes in a mutual war
Section titled “What changes in a mutual war”- No Ctrl: you attack an enemy clan member directly.
- No karma: killing them counts as PvP, not PK, and adds to your
.pvphistory. - Reputation: each death gives 1 Clan Reputation point to the killer’s clan and takes them from the victim’s clan. It is only gained if the enemy clan has reputation above 0, and only lost if the killer’s clan has some too. Otherwise the death is still announced but no points move.
- Less XP lost: if a war enemy kills you outside a peace zone, you lose only 25% of the XP you would normally lose. See PK System for the base loss.
- Notices: every death is announced to the online members of both clans, in chat and on screen.

Ending a war
Section titled “Ending a war”Any member with the war privilege can end it from War Info: in the Clan War Status window, select the clan and press End War. It works both to withdraw a pending declaration and to surrender in a mutual war.
- It costs the clan that ends it 500 Clan Reputation, once.
- It can’t be done while any online member of your clan is in combat.
- The other clan is told it won the war.
- Then peace starts: neither can declare again until it ends.

Commands
Section titled “Commands”| Command | What it shows |
|---|---|
/attacklist | Wars your clan declared that are still pending |
/underattacklist | Wars declared on your clan that are still pending |
/warlist | Ongoing mutual wars |
They are also listed in Useful Commands.
Exceptions and other effects
Section titled “Exceptions and other effects”- Academy: members of the clan academy are left out of the war. War rules don’t apply to them, neither for attacking nor for dying.
- Dying as a PK: if you have karma, the PK rule applies instead of the war one. See PK System.
- Sieges: a death inside a siege zone doesn’t count as a war death. See Sieges.
- Disbanding the clan ends the war with no reputation penalty and no peace period.
- Buff Store: your store’s Clan War option decides whether players from clans at war with yours can buy from you. See Buff Store.
- Bot reports: you can’t report a member of a clan you are at war with as a bot.
