Premium Account

The premium account service, known on the server as “PREMIUM ACCOUNT”, is a bonus that applies per game account: while it is active, every character on that account gets its rates and benefits. You buy it with Ashenvale Coins from the Community Board (Services → Premium Account) and each pack has its own duration and price — the details are in each pack’s tab.

The service window shows the available packs and, if one is already active, the premium type, expiry date and time remaining:

Renewing the same pack

Buying again the pack you already have active adds the remaining time on top: you do not have to wait for it to expire and you lose nothing. On top of that, renewing Gold and Diamond comes with 20% off the pack price.

Moving from one pack to another

  • Upgrading (from Gold to Diamond, for instance) can be done at any time: you pay the new pack’s price and the period starts again from the purchase — the days left on the previous pack do not carry over. The discount also applies when upgrading between Gold and Diamond.
  • Downgrading is not possible while a pack is running: the system blocks it until the current one expires.

Details worth knowing

  • The benefit belongs to the account, not the character: it applies to every character on that game account.
  • Packs that include gift items hand them out only once per account (on the first purchase).
  • No Premium account loses XP on death — except deaths without a flag (letting yourself be PKed is not covered).
