Frintezza plays his music from the back of the Last Imperial Tomb while Scarlet van Halisha fights you.

Scarlet changes form twice: at 75% HP she takes the Demon buff, and at 10% she turns into her strong form, a new NPC. The strong form is the one that drops the loot.
How it fights
Section titled “How it fights”Frintezza’s songs follow fixed rules instead of chance: Requiem (heals his side) when his side needs it, at most one song in three (with open entry, as long as any portrait or demon is alive); Hypnotic Mazurka (makes players dance) every third song; Mournful Chorale (weakens your heals) while your healers are healing; Frenetic Toccata (buffs his side) otherwise. He never plays the Fugue. Scarlet fights with her own skills:

Tips: stay spread around Scarlet from her second form on, and keep healing steady rather than in bursts: heals call up the Chorale.
