Name and Gender
A name picked three years ago at 4 in the morning that nobody is proud of any more? Or the urge to try another gender without farming everything from scratch? That is what the name and gender service is for, known on the server as “PLAYER CUSTOMIZATION”: it changes the name or the gender of an existing character, with everything else left intact.
You get in through the community (alt+b), Services section:
How it works
Section titled “How it works”
- At the top you choose what to change: Change Name or Change Gender. On the right you see your current name and gender.
- For the name: type it and press Check Name — the system confirms whether it is free before charging you anything. Only then, Apply.
- The change is immediate and touches nothing else about the character: items, skills, subclasses and friends stay as they were.

Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- The new name has to be free and follow the server rules — staff and system names are blocked.
- Heroes cannot change their name while their hero period lasts: the title was won with that name, and with that name it is worn.
- Having fought Olympiad matches in the current period does not block a name change.
- Your enemies will find you anyway. No service fixes that.
